01 / Who's behind the lab
Hey, I'm Sebastian and I run Unsupervised Labs, an independent software studio around AI development and product design. Based in the Germany, I take ideas from early concepts to production systems.
With my theoretical and practical background in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship, I'm the perfect fit for this task.
You work directly with the person designing and building the product — no account managers, handovers or layers in between. Just me and a bunch of useful AI agents.
02 / My approach
I build software around real problems, not feature lists.
Before implementation, I want to understand why the software needs to exist, who it serves and what actually creates value. If the fundamental problem isn’t clear, more code or AI won’t solve it.
During development AI agents are integrated throughout the workflow — from research and conception to implementation, testing and refinement. Automated workflows are key, that's also why it is called Unsupervised Labs.
The goal is viable code. Not vibe code.
Ship early, learn from reality and improve where it matters.

First Flux fill Fine-tuning script, to provide ControlNet alternative (Masterthesis).

Reps and Recipies: AI-based Fitness and nutrition tracking - including AI Chatbot and analytics.
03AI / PRODUCT
Faceless video AI pipeline that turns your text into editable videos in seconds. Winner of #prototypehero but discontinued due to AI slop dilemma.
